The app utilizes Apple’s TrueDepth API to deliver its advanced features. Users are required to agree to LensDirect's terms and conditions before accessing these functionalities. Analysis of facial data is conducted exclusively during app usage and is not stored or shared with third parties, ensuring user privacy is prioritized.

Users can take advantage of free PD and facial width measurements after permitting camera access. There is no retention or sharing of this data without explicit user consent. The option to share measurement results is available solely at the user's discretion, ideally to enhance the optical shopping experience provided by LensDirect.

With the Virtual Try-On feature, agreeing to provide camera access allows for a one-time analysis of facial features. Once completed, this data is not saved or transmitted to external entities.
